Wu means ‘black’ or ‘dark’ and, not surprisingly, also refers to a crow, as well as being a surname. Combined with liuliu it describes eyes which are dark and sparkling. The dots you see in liuliu refer to water, suggesting these sparkling eyes are like dark pools.
