Marvelous.  Can’t better that one.  But let’s come up with another cut: a side of butchers?  Or seeing the collective noun for carvers, how about an ’embruing of butchers’?

    My great grandfather, Richard Christmas Hammett wrote the iconic ‘Handbook of Meat’ in 1925. I would therefore suggest a ‘Celebration of Butchers’.
